I called and the Publix Toilet Paper is the penny item of the day. Yeah for that one. I am heading out now to collect my papers and penny items.

I got the snuggle rainchecks last week so it is so on this week.

These are the things that I think I will get this week.

If no Snuggle is available get a raincheck and here is plan B - Don't forget to get your rainchecks.

2 - Glade Candles - 3.19 each - $3 coupons if you still have any
4 - Birds Eye Veggies - 3.60 or more - .50 coupon from 9/13 SS
1 - Log Cabin Syrup - 1.75 -  less .50 coupon printable at http://www.southernsavers.com/ - Opitional
1 - Penny item - .01 with coupon

Pay about $1.30 for these.

FREE Snuggle .. Yeahhhhhhh

If it seems like I am excited about this then that is an understatement. Remember those $3 off Snuggle coupons we got in the 10/04 RP, they are about to pay off. I have been holding on to them for a sale such as this and it is here. The new Publix sale starting on 10/14/09 will feature the 32 load Snuggle for $3 each which means it is FREE.

I am sure I will need to get rainchecks on these since we have some serious couponers in my area but that is ok too. With rainchecks you can get 3 snuggle per raincheck (they will give you more if you ask, but for this plan 3 works best) and use them on Sundays with your penny item coupon. This way you pay taxes for all.

I would like for you guys to post a comment at the end of the ad week how many Snuggles you bought.

Our $25 Publix Trip

WWe did not like the penny item today so we did a few larger transactions to get all the items here. I will give you a list of them. I listed the coupon matchups in a previous post for my Sunday list.
We got the following.

7 - AJC Double Stacks
8 - Snuggle Fabric Softner
16 - Knorrs Rice and Pasta Sides
4 - Luigi Ice
6 - Fiber One Yogurt
7 - Yakisoba
16 - Lysol Spray Cleaner
21 - Clorox Wipes
21 - Publix Wipes
3 - Glade Candles

The retail total for these were $216.70 and our out of pocket is $24.28. Not bad for trip #1.

Hubby and I will be getting a few more things Monday afternoon.

Sunday Publix Trip List

Here is my Publix list for Sunday. I have 2 different ones. One for if the penny item is a good one and the other if it is not and I want to use my Rite Aid $5 off $25 coupon.

Total will be 2.20 plus tax
I can do this list 8 times to get 8 penny items.

Add these to the 1st list for the $5 off $25 if the penny item is not something you need alot of.

2-Luigi Ice 2.99 - 2.00 use (2) .50 coupons from RP 8/16 - We love these in our house.
2-Knorr Sides 1.35-1.80 use (2) .45 coupons printable from www.southernsavers.com.
2 more Yoplait Fiber Ones 2.50 -2.50
1-Double Stack of AJC 2.50
1 more Glage candle 3.19 - 3.00

All of this including the first set less the $5 off $25 coupon will be around $1.43 plus tax

I have enough coupons to do this 4 times which will give me 4 double stacks. You can add or delete items as you see fit to create you perfect list.

Jonsons and Johnsons Deal

Here is a deal for some cheap baby items at Walgreens. I will post up the any missing information in the afternoon but right now I am in bed but wanted to at least put up the post.

Walgreens have Johnson and Johnsons baby powder for $4.29-1.50 in ad Walgreens coupon plus ther is a $1 mfr cpn. To make this even better you get back $1rr for buying the powder. This will bring the powder down to .79 cents each. Great for baby shower baskets.
